All Ireland Championships 13th July 2008

The sun shone on the last round of the All Ireland championships, the first event listed was the 1500m. Ciara Hewson U14 ran a fantastic opening race in which she was rewarded with a Silver medal. Next up for Le Chéile was Aine O'Connor U18, she too was running 1500m, Aine put in a gallant effort but due to an injured shoulder was unable to compete at her best. Last up was Erica Dixon U17, Erica was competing in Javelin and she was delighted with winning a Bronze medal.

Congratulations to all the athletes who represented the club in the All Ireland's this year.
